Private lessons and beginner classes are a great foundation!

In a solo, you get our full attention. We can explain and guide you through what the different terms are as you get to know the apparatus and modifications for your body.

If private lessons are not in your budget, recruit a friend and try a duet!

Or, try a level 1 group class.

We recommend 2-3 times a week. However, once a week is better than nothing at all!

Let us help you create a schedule/plan that works for you and your busy life.

Comfortable clothing free of buttons and zippers. Please wear sticky socks so that you do not slide. Please bring a large towel to cover your mat for group and equipment classes. Please bring your own water bottle.
