Studio Policies
- All appointments (Solos, Duets, Trios and group classes) are 55 minutes in length.
- All 5 class cards expire automatically 2 months after the date of purchase.
- All 10 class cards expire automatically 4 months after the date of purchase.
- Class Cards and Intro Packages are non-refundable once they have been activated.
- Please wear workout clothing without zippers (as they can tear the upholstery on the machines and mats) and clean socks.
- It is obligatory to have a large towel for classes.
- The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use the lockers.
- All cancellations for appointments and classes must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full price of the service.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Money Transfer, Paypal. (Cash is not accepted in studio)

Private lessons and beginner classes are a great foundation!
In a solo, you get our full attention. We can explain and guide you through what the different terms are as you get to know the apparatus and modifications for your body.
If private lessons are not in your budget, recruit a friend and try a duet!
Or, try a level 1 group class.
We recommend 2-3 times a week. However, once a week is better than nothing at all!
Let us help you create a schedule/plan that works for you and your busy life.
Comfortable clothing free of buttons and zippers. Please wear sticky socks so that you do not slide. Please bring a large towel to cover your mat for group and equipment classes. Please bring your own water bottle.
Yes! We are trained in pre- (and post-) natal pilates and fitness. Expectant mothers can choose between Personal Training or Perfitly You Barre Basic group class.
Yes, but only as long as you have the ok to exercise from your doctor. We know lots of modifications for different injuries and limitations. We highly recommend making an appointment for a private session before joining group classes in order to learn how to modify exercises appropriately for your condition.
