• Every trainee is obliged to register for the training through the online registration system and to update the existing online registration profile if necessary.
  • We currently only are training with 2x vaccinated people in the studio.
  • Group classes up to a maximum of 20 participants are offered at Cramer-Klett Park. For these it is also necessary to register. During the training and stay in the park there is no obligation to wear a mask, but the prescribed minimum distance must be observed.
  • Each trainer is obliged to wear a FFP2 mask (in the studio) and to keep the minimum distance to the trainee of at least 1,5m.
  • The trainees are only allowed to take off the FFP2 mask (in the studio) at your pilates equipment, otherwise the prescribed mask obligation applies.
  • Duration of each training max. 55 min.
  • The windows remain open during the training and the trainee is advised to bring appropriate training clothes.
  • Between the end and the beginning of each course there are 20 min. for ventilation.
  • Only one training device is used and the trainee stays on the same training device for the whole course.
  • Training is allowed only with one trainer. (In the studio)
  • It is recommended to come to the training in training clothes. If this is not possible, there is enough space in the 40 m2 dressing room. 
  • There is enough space in the studio to keep the required minimum distance of at least 1.5 m at all times. (The training room has a size of 40m2)
  • Each trainer is obliged to carefully clean and disinfect the training equipment after use.
  • When entering and leaving the studio, each participant disinfects his/her hands.
  • There is a separate toilet for the trainers and a separate toilet for the exercisers and the use of the shower is prohibited. One restroom is handicapped accessible.
  • Trainers are reminded to arrive on time and not too early for training. 
  • Training is only possible without symptoms. If you experience any of the following symptoms, please stay home: cough (usually dry), sore throat, shortness of breath, fever, feeling of fever, muscle pain, sudden loss of sense of smell and/or taste, headache, gastrointestinal symptoms or conjunctivitis. Staff is authorised to prohibit clients with symptoms from exercising.
  • No hand contact, proper cough and sneeze etiquette. Please do not extend hands to others and be sure to keep your hands out of your face as much as possible during the workout. If you must cough or sneeze, please keep your distance from others or turn away from others if necessary and sneeze into the crook of your elbow or into a tissue.
  • When using the pilates equipment, a large towel must be used underneath you.
  • In the park, please bring your own mat for training.
