Our teaching motto and philosophy is “Be Your Best You.”

Depending on the day, it varies in meaning.

Sometimes we need to focus on just “Be.” Not doing anything. Just being here in the now is exactly right.

It’s always about the “Your.” It’s your practice, your body, your habits, your dreams, your goals.

Not perfection. Just progress. “Best” for me means doing my best on that day.

You” it is about your authentic self. Showing up for ourselves demands quite a bit of vulnerability and courage. We always encourage people to show up exactly as they are. You will be loved and respected here for being YOU!

Be You, in your movement practice. No one else’s body or practice is of importance. Paying attention to YOU, Yourself and Your needs is the key!
